The CMG Connect Assistant will assist the CMG Connect Training Supervisor, Coordinator, and Associate with the online training platform. Also provides customer service support to members and employees, assists with data management, and performs clerical duties.

The CMG Connect Assistant position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency and two years of customer service, call center or clerical experience preferred.   Strong technical skills in the following areas:  computer knowledge, typing, customer service, call center experience, problem-solving, and telephone usage is preferred.
